We have all had some kind of loss of motivation in our
training or competing at one time or another. Frequently
we have been able to change that state and work out the
problem and sometimes we just cant seem to find the solution, like we did before. It can feel like a loss of energy, a sudden mental block, loss of drive and even feel like you are involuntarily putting the brakes on and cannot explain why.
This is one of the most straight forward problems that can be dealt with over a period of managed sessions to regain you drive and passion and get your fire back you know is there.
Sometimes loss of motivation can be down to a change in circumstances, belief change, adverse situations or any number of things which can happen. Unfortunately this can lead to someone walking away from years of training and competing when in fact some very straight forward work can be done.
When these circumstances occur, we look for the root cause of the issue and work through to recreate a new response and change the motivation. We also have a number of different techniques to aid you to step into a pure motivated and driven state whenever you need to – now this is a seriously useful technique!
